Blair Hailey is an entrepreneur, investor, and business owner with a strong background in agriculture, real estate investment, and business development. As Owner & Broker of Land Brokers, licensed in Nebraska and South Dakota, he specializes in agricultural and investment properties while also managing a portfolio of businesses.
His passion for land runs deep. Before college, Blair worked alongside his grandfather, Joe Nutter, and longtime ranch hand Skeeter Connell at the UU Ranch in the Sandhills. Long days moving cattle, checking water and salt, and repairing fences instilled the discipline, grit, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide him today.
Blair earned a bachelor’s degree in Ag-Economics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he was active in the Engler Entrepreneurship Program and UNL Business Competitions. During college, he launched his first e-commerce store and developed digital marketing campaigns, gaining early experience in business operations and growth strategy.
Today, Blair combines his agricultural background with his entrepreneurial drive, leveraging his expertise to provide tailored solutions for landowners, investors, and businesses. Outside of brokerage and business, he values time with family, friends, and his dog, and enjoys traveling, off-roading, sporting clays, and has a passion for cars.
