Joe established Land Brokers, Inc. in 1980 and has been a driving force in the agricultural and recreational real estate industry for more than four decades. Specializing in ranches, farmland,, and recreational properties, Joe has facilitated countless real estate transactions and expertly navigated complex 1031 Exchanges. Over the course of his career, he has sold more than 1 million acres of real estate, earning a reputation as one of the most trusted and respected professionals in the region.

In addition to his brokerage success, Joe owns and operates UU Ranch in the Sandhills near Thedford, where his deep ties to ranching, rodeo, and the cowboy way of life give him a unique ability to relate to landowners and buyers alike. His lifetime of dedication to ranching and the western lifestyle was recognized when he was inducted into the Nebraska Sandhills Cowboy Hall of Fame — a testament to his impact on both the land and the community.

Though his focus today is on spending time with his family, ranching, and golfing, Joe continues to serve as an advisor at Land Brokers. His decades of experience, unmatched knowledge of the land, and commitment to hard work remain invaluable to the company.
