Blair is an experienced business owner and real estate professional, well-versed in agricultural and commercial properties across Nebraska and South Dakota. As the grandson of Joe Nutter, Blair carries on the family real estate brokerage. During his early days before college, he worked at the UU Ranch in the Sandhills alongside Grandpa Joe and the hired man, Skeeter Connell, moving cattle, checking water and salt, and fixing fences. This upbringing at the ranch, filled with hands-on work, instilled in him strong values and leadership qualities. Blair holds a bachelor's degree in Ag-Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he actively participated in the Engler Entrepreneurship program and UNL Business Competitions, underscoring his commitment to entrepreneurship. His early venture into digital marketing, which began while still in college with the founding of his first online enterprise, helped him gain a deep understanding of business operations and online marketing strategies. As a licensed real estate broker, Blair is dedicated to leveraging his extensive network and skills to deliver exceptional service and tailored real estate solutions to his clients, embodying the values learned from his early days at the ranch.

Sherrie has amassed a considerable clientele through her extensive experience in ranching, horses, and rodeo. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Education in Communications from the University of North Dakota and furthered her education by completing her Masters of Arts in Communications/Mass Media from the University of Wyoming. Sherrie is licensed to sell real estate in South Dakota and boasts over a decade of experience in the industry. Her primary area of focus is the Black Hills region, with a specialization in Country Acreages, Horse Properties, Land, and Residential properties. Sherrie is well-versed in 1031 Exchanges and has a passion for promoting "Western Living." She is committed to guiding her clients throughout the real estate experience and looks forward to providing them with exceptional service.

Ashley is a dedicated real estate agent, dually licensed in Nebraska and Colorado, with a deep understanding of local markets and community values. After beginning her career in Colorado, Ashley quickly established herself through her commitment to client service and expertise in residential and investment properties. She expanded her reach by obtaining her Nebraska license, allowing her to offer tailored guidance in both states. A passionate multi-occupational entrepreneur, Ashley channels her diverse experiences into her real estate career, making her a versatile asset to her clients. Her dual-state licensure and comprehensive market knowledge make her a trusted advisor for first-time sellers, seasoned investors, and those looking to relocate. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling with her husband, Devin, and their two dogs, Sophie and Chance. She also loves outdoor activities, sewing, exploring new places, and pursuing her business endeavors, embodying the balance she strives to help her clients achieve.

Joe established Land Brokers, Inc. in 1980 and has been instrumental in numerous real estate transactions, specializing primarily in Agricultural and Recreational properties. With expertise in facilitating real estate auctions and navigating 1031 Exchanges, Joe has sold over 1 million acres of real estate throughout his four-decade career. Beyond his professional achievements, he owns a ranch in the Sandhills near Thedford. His background in business, ranching, and rodeo provides a unique understanding of clients from diverse backgrounds. Inducted into the Nebraska Sandhills Cowboy Hall of Fame, Joe remains committed to the cowboy tradition. Now, he is focused full-time on spending time with his family, ranching, and golfing. Although his primary focus has shifted, he continues to hold an advisory role where his experience and wealth of knowledge remain invaluable assets to the company. Joe has shared his vast knowledge with his grandson Blair, teaching him all aspects of the real estate business, combined with the value of hard work and the grit of ranching in the Sandhills.
